At Boysnberry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns of Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Exchanges and Store Credit: For all other items, we offer exchanges or store credit. If you'd like to exchange an item or receive store credit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.



2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@boysnberry.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorisation: We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack your item to avoid damage during shipping. Include the original packing slip if possible.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please specify the item you would like to exchange for when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
